THE PROBLEM
Ércule needed a website redesign for two key reasons –– Firstly, they aimed to enhance the visual appeal of their site, recognizing the need to stand out in a competitive landscape. Secondly, the goal was to better showcase their unique services and products.
However, our main challenge emerged at the project's beginning. We faced difficulties in defining a creative direction, requiring multiple iterations for client satisfaction. Through collaborative efforts and several rounds of feedback, my persistent exploration of unconventional ideas led us to a cohesive and innovative design direction.
THE APPROACHAs the web designer, I contributed to pushing these creative boundaries, while ensuring that the aesthetics seamlessly complemented the user experience. Each design iteration aimed to strike the perfect balance between the client's desire for a visually distinctive website and our commitment to functional and intuitive user interactions.
The final result not only met but exceeded their expectations, presenting Ércule with a website that showcased their unique offerings and captivated visitors with its innovative and user-friendly design. -

In the organization of the information architecture stage, emphasizing both the services and products offered by Ércule was crucial. We strategically grouped and employed naming conventions to facilitate user navigation through the website. This involved creating dedicated space for their unique product offerings and categorizing educational content under the heading "Learn," prioritizing placement based on importance.
Competitor Analysis
The analysis I conduct for clients involves an extensive Excel sheet that spans various categories such as UX design, visual design, content, and more. The approach aims to gain a better understanding of what competitors are currently doing, identifying both strengths and areas for improvement. Ideas typically emerge from this process, guiding me into the design phase.
Part of the process involves presenting these key findings to the client in the secondary strategy session, along with the new sitemap. During this phase, I showcase the designs and address any questions the clients may have.
