By prioritizing user needs, weaving in strategy and storytelling, I bridge the gap between function and aesthetics, ensuring audiences not only navigate with ease but are captivated by the experience.

  • I began my career in Graphic Design, focusing on creating marketing materials for both digital and print. During this time, I gradually started learning about UX/UI design, initially working on mobile apps and then transitioning to websites. In 2020, after being laid off, I turned to freelancing full-time. Over the first year, I found myself increasingly drawn to website design, gradually moving away from print design.

In 2022, I had the opportunity to work with my first agency, which was a transformative experience. Collaborating within a team on fast-paced web design projects was both inspiring and exciting. Since then, I've scaled back on freelancing with individual clients and shifted toward collaborating with agencies. While I occasionally take on digital design projects, my true passion lies in web design.

Looking ahead, my goal over the next few years is to focus on more interactive web design projects, continuing to grow and refine my skills in this dynamic field.

  • At the beginning of my career, I aspired to be a graphic designer, as it was the only industry path I knew. However, as I gained more experience and explored different opportunities, I discovered a passion for website design. This field allows me to blend strategy and creativity, a combination that truly motivates me. I'm grateful for my background in graphic design, which has given me a strong foundation in visual design—an asset that continues to enhance my work today.

  • There is no one-size-fits-all approach to my web design process. Each project and client requires a certain level of customization to achieve success. While factors like communication style, time, and budget constraints vary, I have a foundational approach that I adapt to meet the specific needs of each project.

Typically, my design process involves four key phases: research/strategy, design, and development support. In the research phase, before starting any project, it's crucial for me to learn about the client, their company, and their target audience, along with their goals for the brand and website, as well as any current challenges they may be facing. I believe in a collaborative approach, so I begin with the home page, gathering client feedback early and involving developers to ensure there are no surprises during the handoff stage.

Revisions depend on the client's preferences, and I'm committed to supporting the client with my design expertise throughout the process. When it's time to hand over the designs, I make it a priority to understand the developers' preferences and adjust my process accordingly. I typically provide animated videos, design annotations, and dedicate time to offer support if developers have any questions or concerns during the development phase.

There are many other aspects of a project that I haven’t mentioned, such as copy and various other moving parts. If you have any questions or would like to learn more about my process, feel free to reach.

  • I use a variety of tools and software, depending on the project and the needs of the client. Some of the most common tools I use include Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Slack, various project management tools, and user testing platforms like Google Forms, Useberry and more.
